Corporate Video Production

Istanbul-based professional video production across Türkiye

It is not enough to explain what your company does; the film also needs to show why it is strong and why it should be selected. Medyabox manages the complete corporate video process under one roof, from strategy and script development to professional filming, editing and multilingual delivery. We present your brand through a clear, credible and confident film rather than an average corporate video.

O.D.T.Ü DEKOSİM Corporate Video

A corporate video project documenting the research infrastructure, scientific capacity and strategic importance of DEKOSİM, part of the ODTÜ Institute of Marine Sciences, for Türkiye’s seas.

Year 2025  |  Location Mersin  |  Service Corporate Video  |  Sector  Marine Sciences  | Delivery TR

We presented DEKOSİM’s scientific research strength, technical infrastructure and critical role for Türkiye’s seas through a clear corporate visual language. Filming in Erdemli, Mersin made the laboratory capacity, analytical processes, fieldwork and multidisciplinary working structure visible. Voice-over and an interview with the institute director were cross-edited to create a direct and credible narrative. Key subjects included sea–atmosphere–ecosystem interactions, research voyages, digital-twin technologies and domestically developed observation systems.

Darüşşafaka Corporate Video

A corporate video project presenting the students’ development journey, the high-quality educational environment provided by Darüşşafaka and the tangible impact of donor support.

Year 2025  |  Location Istanbul  |  Service Corporate Video  |  Sector  Education  | Delivery TR / EN

We produced a film presenting Darüşşafaka’s long-established structure, the opportunities it provides for students and the tangible impact of donations on education. The narrative centred on a natural conversation between two students. Their excitement about a presentation, the skills developed at school and their achievements emerged authentically through the dialogue. The library, laboratories, VR Karma Lab, planetarium, observatory, robotics and music education were shown within the same conversational flow. The result became more than a school film; it developed into a communication tool demonstrating the real impact of donor support.

Fujifilm Healthcare Corporate Video

A corporate video presenting Fujifilm Healthcare Türkiye’s digital pathology solutions through real laboratory processes and AI-supported animation.

Year 2026  |  Location Istanbul  |  Service Corporate Video  | Sector  Healthcare Technology  | Delivery TR/EN

We produced a comprehensive corporate video presenting the digital pathology information-management integration implemented by Fujifilm Healthcare Türkiye and Ahenk Laboratory.

The production included assessments from institutional representatives and real laboratory processes. Within one narrative, we covered every stage from sample reception and macroscopic examination to tissue processing, paraffin embedding, sectioning, staining, cytology, scanning, image review and reporting. Infographic animations simplified the complex workflow between sections, while selected AI-supported visual elements reinforced the film’s technology narrative.

The use of the F-Vision solution at Ahenk Laboratory, its traceability approach and its role in digital pathology were made clear and visible. The film was delivered in Turkish and English.

Yurtbay Seramik #BenimKariyerim Project

A corporate communication video project presenting employee experience, personal development and career progression within the organisation through a clear and authentic narrative.

Year 2023  |  Location Istanbul  |  Service Corporate Communication Film |  Sector  Ceramics  | Delivery TR

For Yurtbay Seramik, we presented the employee experience and career development through the employee’s own perspective. The content focused not only on a job description, but also on professional growth, personal progress and the sense of support within the organisation. By allowing the employee to describe their career journey in their own words, the film communicated both the work itself and Yurtbay Seramik’s approach to employee development and internal support.

Başbuğ Group Corporate Video

A corporate video project using a dynamic narrative to highlight the logistics and inventory-management infrastructure, operational capacity and technology-led warehouse systems in Gebze.

Year 2025  |  Location Gebze  |  Service Corporate Video  |  Sector  Automotive  | Delivery TR

For BSG Auto Parts, part of Başbuğ Group, we presented the warehouse and operational infrastructure in Gebze through a fast, dynamic and clear visual language. The edit was designed to communicate the scale of the facility, shelving organisation, inventory structure and logistics flow within a short duration. Conveyor systems, warehouse aisles, extensive storage areas and systematic placement were combined with technology-led music, rapid transitions and rhythmic editing. BSG’s broad product range, inventory strength and operational volume formed the core of the narrative.

OUR WORKING METHODOLOGY

End-to-End Production

We manage the corporate video process through a structured sequence of analysis, copywriting, preparation, filming, post-production and delivery.

01

Strategic Analysis

Effective corporate video production starts with the right analysis. We clarify the brand’s market position, target audience and core message to establish a practical project roadmap.

02

Copywriting

We turn the findings into a strong narrative that reflects the organisation’s tone of voice. The voice-over scripts we develop do more than provide information; they communicate the brand’s vision with clarity and authority.

03

Production Preparation

We plan the production operation before filming begins. Location scouting, interview planning and a shooting schedule designed not to disrupt your workflow are combined into a complete technical and logistical plan.

04

Filming

We execute the agreed plan on location using professional camera, lighting and sound equipment. Led by the director, the crew captures the required scenes in factories, offices or exterior locations while minimising disruption to your workflow.

05

Post-Production

This is where the footage takes on meaning. Professional editing, colour grading, sound mixing and motion graphics establish the film’s final corporate identity.

06

Delivery Process

We optimise the approved corporate video for its intended uses, including web, trade fairs and presentations. The project is delivered as broadcast-ready master files that meet the relevant technical requirements.

Corporate Video Production: Present Your Brand with Clarity and Strength

Corporate video production is a structured way for a brand to explain who it is. It presents your production strength, service quality, corporate position and way of working through a credible, visually controlled and professional film language. Whether the project is a corporate film, company profile, promotional film or factory video, the objective is not simply to produce attractive images. It is to create clarity, confidence and a serious corporate impression.

A corporate video brings narrative strength, visual quality and corporate credibility together in one of the most effective content formats available to a brand.

Why Work with a Professional Agency?

Corporate video projects depend on more than image quality. Planning, message clarity, production discipline and a reliable delivery process are equally important. Weak planning can undermine the confidence the brand is trying to communicate.

Strategic Planning

A corporate video is not simply a collection of attractive images. It needs a defined purpose. An export-focused film and an employer-branding film require different narratives, so we build the strategy around the objective.

Corporate Language and Tone

We create a balance that preserves the authority of your brand without becoming dull. From copywriting to voice-over casting, every detail is shaped to communicate the appropriate corporate weight.

Advanced Technology

Camera, lighting, sound, drone and post-production resources are planned around the project. The objective is not only to produce technically strong images, but to communicate the brand’s message through the right atmosphere, pace and consistent visual language.

Return on Investment (ROI)

The films we produce are active marketing assets rather than passive archive footage. At trade fairs, on your website and in B2B meetings, they can support persuasion and help move the sales process forward.

FAQ

Crew Size and Equipment

The number of directors, cinematographers, lighting technicians, sound recordists, drone operators and assistants varies by project. The camera system, lens package, lighting equipment and specialist support gear also affect the budget.

Voice-over and Music

Professional voice-over casting, studio recording and music licensing are important budget items. Multilingual projects require separate voice-over and subtitle work for each language.

Post-Production Scope

Editing intensity, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics and animation requirements all shape the budget. There is a significant difference in both time and cost between a straightforward edit and a comprehensive post-production process.

Delivery Formats

There is a clear difference between delivering one version and preparing multiple versions for web, social media, trade fairs and presentations. Defining the requirement at the outset prevents unnecessary additional costs.

How Is a Corporate Video Produced?

A professional corporate video is produced through a structured and systematic process.

Preparation and Brief

At this stage, we define the project objective, intended audience, distribution channels and core messages. We assess the company’s position in its sector, the qualities that distinguish it from competitors and the areas it wants to emphasise. A clear brief shapes every stage that follows.

Script and Copywriting

The narrative structure is developed from the approved brief. Voice-over copy, interview questions and the scene flow are written at this stage. The language should reflect the company’s corporate tone without sounding either overly promotional or monotonous.

Shoot Planning

We plan the locations, shooting order and equipment required for each stage. Location recce, lighting assessment, the filming schedule and crew coordination are completed at this point. Good planning directly improves efficiency on the shoot day.

Filming

The agreed plan is executed on location with a professional crew and equipment. Led by the director, all scenes, interviews and detail shots are recorded. In factories, offices or exterior environments, the work is organised to minimise disruption to normal operations.

Post-Production

The recorded footage is assembled in the edit. Colour grading, sound design, music, motion graphics and any required animation are completed. The voice-over is recorded in a studio, and the film is developed into its final form.

Revisions and Delivery

The first version is shared with the client, feedback is collected and the revision process is completed. Once approved, the film is optimised and delivered in formats suited to its intended uses.

Where Can a Corporate Video Be Used?

A professional corporate video should not be produced for only one channel. When planned correctly, a single production creates value across multiple communication points.

On the homepage or About section of your corporate website, it creates a strong first impression for potential customers visiting the company for the first time. At trade fairs and sector events, a film playing on the stand screen is an effective way to attract attention.

In B2B sales processes and investor presentations, a corporate video provides a professional signal of credibility beyond verbal explanation. Shorter versions can be used in digital advertising. It can improve visibility on LinkedIn, YouTube and sector-specific platforms. For export communications, foreign-language voice-over or subtitled versions can introduce the company to international buyers.

Production Agency or Freelancer?

This decision depends on your tolerance for risk as well as the budget. A freelancer may initially appear less expensive, but a one-person structure can create significant risks in process management, crew coordination, equipment reliability and revisions. Illness, equipment failure or a communication breakdown can directly affect the project.

A professional video production agency manages the project from end to end. It takes responsibility for every stage, from script development and shoot planning to post-production and delivery. For corporate videos, factory films and multi-location projects in particular, an agency structure is generally safer and more efficient.

At Medyabox, we manage the full production process in-house using our own equipment. This reduces intermediary costs and communication gaps, allowing the budget to be directed towards the finished work.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CORPORATE VIDEO PRODUCTION

Understanding the corporate video process, available formats and the decisions that shape production helps you get more value from the project. Below, we address the key topics from a professional production perspective.

What Is a Corporate Video and What Does It Do?

A corporate video is professional content that explains who a company is, what it produces and why it should be considered. It goes beyond static tools such as text, photography or presentations by combining moving images, voice-over and music to present your working environment, production infrastructure, team and market position.

An effective corporate video is not merely a sequence of “good-looking shots”. It requires a purpose, a clear message and a defined audience. A film intended to reassure investors will use a different narrative from one designed for visitors at a trade fair. Corporate video production therefore begins with strategy.

Used on corporate websites, at exhibitions, in B2B meetings, investor presentations and digital channels, a well-produced film can become one of the brand’s most durable communication assets.

Which Type Should You Choose?

Not every company needs the same type of film. The objective, audience and intended channel determine the right format.

Corporate Profile Video

A polished film, generally two to three minutes long, that presents the company’s history, organisational structure, values and position within its sector. For detailed information, project examples and reference budgets, visit our corporate video production page.

Company Profile Film

This format follows a similar structure to a corporate profile video but uses a more direct narrative to highlight the company’s services or products. It is particularly effective for SMEs and mid-sized businesses, answering the potential customer’s questions: “What does this company do, and how does it work?”

Company Introduction Video

Often used interchangeably with a company profile film, this format makes the organisation, team and working processes visible. It is commonly designed for the homepage or About section of a corporate website.

Factory and Industrial Video

These films present the capacity of a production facility, its technical infrastructure, quality-control processes and logistics strength. They are widely used by exporters, industrial companies and organisations with B2B sales operations. Drone footage, production-line visuals and the scale of the facility are central components. For more information, visit our factory and industrial video production page.

Product Video

These videos present a specific product or range through close-ups, detail shots and use scenarios. They are effective tools for e-commerce, launches and digital advertising.

Event and Organisation Film

Professional documentation of trade-fair participation, opening ceremonies, conferences and corporate events. The footage has archive value and can also be used as marketing material in later periods. Explore our event video production service.

How Do You Choose the Right Production Company?

The production company you select directly affects the quality of the project. The main criteria to consider are:

References and Portfolio Quality

Review the sectors the company has worked in, the brands it has served and the quality of its completed work. Look beyond the showreel and examine full projects. Watching an entire film gives a far more reliable impression than a 30-second selection of highlights.

Process Management

A professional agency manages the brief, script, copywriting, shooting plan and schedule in a systematic way before filming begins. An approach based on “turning up and working it out on the day” is a sign of weak production planning. Defining the process in advance protects both quality and budget control.

Equipment and Crew Structure

Camera quality alone is not enough. Lighting design, sound recording, drone capability, editing infrastructure and colour-grading expertise should be assessed as a complete production system. Equipment owned by the production company can also support clearer cost control.

Communication and Revision Process

A company that cannot communicate clearly during production is unlikely to meet expectations in the finished film. Revision rights, approval stages and the delivery schedule should be stated clearly in the agreement.

Factors That Determine the Budget

Corporate video pricing is not based on a single fixed figure. Every project has a different scope, duration and set of technical requirements. The main factors that directly affect the budget are:

Filming Duration and Number of Locations

There is a substantial cost difference between a one-day shoot at a single location and a five-day production across three cities. Travel, accommodation and logistics are also added to the budget when filming takes place in multiple locations.
