OUR PRODUCTION METHODOLOGY
Production Process
With a 6-step professional production process from strategy to delivery, we bring your brand's story to life in a planned, aesthetic, and effective way.
01
Location Scouting
Factory site surveys are planned on-site, not at a desk. Our team visits the facility to analyze lighting conditions, noise levels, and the lines to be surveyed; then creates a plan that suits the workflow.
02
Occupational Health and Safety Planning
The safety of our film crew and your compliance with facility regulations are our priority. All necessary protective equipment (PPE), insurance documents, and permit processes are completed in full prior to the filming date.
03
Storyboard & Shot List
A workflow is determined that will depict the production process in the most logical and impactful order. The schedule details which machine is running when and which shift will be used for filming, minute by minute.
04
Industrial Filming
With drones showcasing the scale of the facility, macro lenses capturing details, and shake-free footage (gimbal), we're recording the factory's rhythm and power in a cinematic style.
05
Post-Production
Raw footage is edited with an industrial rhythm. Production capacity, site information, and technical data are incorporated into the video using stylish infographics and motion graphics.
06
Global Delivery
The approved factory video is prepared in various formats for trade show LED screens, websites, and presentations. Subtitles/dubbing in English or other languages are added to suit your export goals.

Factory Promotional Video Production: A Gateway to the Global Market
A factory video makes your facility's capacity, technological infrastructure, quality standards and corporate structure visible through professional visual storytelling. It is a powerful trust-building asset, especially for manufacturers that export, meet with investors or aim to win new customers.
A professional factory video does more than show your production lines, machinery, quality-control processes and workflow. It creates a clear and credible perception of your brand. The goal is not simply to display the factory, but to communicate that you operate a structured, reliable and professional organization.
A factory video is one of the most effective formats for combining manufacturing strength, corporate trust and a professional image.

Why should you work with a professional production agency?
In the competitive business world, it's impossible to stand out with mediocre imagery. You can't leave the process to chance when it comes to protecting your brand's prestige and achieving your sales targets.

Industrial Filming
Shaky footage from a cell phone can make your multi-million dollar machinery look like a simple workshop. Industrial production transforms the grandeur, cleanliness, and technological infrastructure of the facility into a "premium" perception with the right lighting and angles.

Transparency and Trust
Especially in export processes, customers want to see the physical presence and capacity of their suppliers. A professional film proves that you are not an "underground" business, but a corporate and strong manufacturer.

We Protect Your Confidential Information
Every factory has proprietary production methods and know-how. During filming, we keep any machinery, processes, or formulas you do not want disclosed out of frame and strictly comply with confidentiality agreements.

Trade Fair and Presentation Impact
Giving visitors to your booth at international trade fairs a virtual tour of your factory significantly speeds up the persuasion process. The videos we create are the most powerful asset your sales team has.

Factory Promotional Video Guide
Sıkça Sorulan Sorular
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FACTORY PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS
A factory promotional video, when done correctly, is an investment that makes a tangible difference in many areas, from export processes and trade show presentations to investor meetings and supplier approval stages. Below, we address frequently asked questions about factory promotional videos from a professional production perspective.
Why are factory promotional videos so important?
For a manufacturing company, the most powerful persuasive tool is the factory itself. However, not every potential customer or business partner can visit your facility. Especially international buyers decide within minutes whether they can trust you during digital B2B meetings or at a trade show booth. The most powerful factor shaping this decision is a professionally produced factory promotional video.
A factory promotional video concretely demonstrates the size of your facility, your production capacity, the quality of your machinery, your quality control discipline, and your work procedures. Images do what numbers and words cannot: they build trust.
Today, companies with factory videos on B2B platforms like Alibaba, Made-in-Turkey, and TradeMachines receive significantly more clicks and quotation requests compared to those without. Similarly, manufacturers showing promotional videos at their booths at international trade shows attract visitors' attention and shorten the sales negotiation process.
Factory Promotional Videos by Sector
Each sector has a different production structure, filming conditions, and story to tell. A sector-specific approach to a factory promotional film directly determines its impact.
Food and Beverage Industry
Filming promotional videos at food factories requires a high priority on hygiene standards and quality control processes. Cleanroom environments, HACCP and ISO certified production lines, packaging processes, and laboratory controls are fundamental building blocks of the film. It is essential that the filming crew enters the field in accordance with food safety regulations and fully complies with hygiene protocols.
Textile and Apparel Industry
The production line in textile factories is usually multi-stage: spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, cutting, sewing, and quality control. A promotional film that shows these stages sequentially and clearly reveals the factory's integrated production capacity. Value-added areas such as the pattern making, design process, and sample production should also be included in the film. An English version is a standard requirement, especially for export-oriented textile companies.
Metal, Aluminum and Foundry Industry
Heavy industrial filming requires a visual language that conveys the physical scale and production power of the factory. Casting, extrusion, CNC machining, welding, surface treatment, and assembly lines must be depicted with a dynamic narrative. Drone footage and wide-angle techniques are particularly effective in this sector for showcasing the scale of the facility. Conditions such as high temperatures, sparks, and intense noise require special precautions in filming planning.
Plastics and Packaging Industry
In the plastics industry, production processes such as injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, and thermoforming are central to the film industry. Machine speed, mold changeover processes, and the level of automation should be at the heart of the narrative. In the packaging industry, print quality, color consistency, and packaging automation are key elements.
Automotive and Spare Parts Industry
In the automotive supply industry, quality standards and traceability are critical. Certifications such as IATF 16949, quality control processes, measurement laboratories, and lot tracking systems should be made visible on the film. For factories acting as OEM suppliers, these details directly impact buyer confidence.
Chemical and Cosmetics Industry
Clean production environments, formulation processes, filling lines, and labeling automation are key elements of a factory promotional film in this sector. Compliance with GMP standards, laboratory analyses, and raw material quality control should be emphasized. Given the strong brand perception in the cosmetics industry, the visual aesthetics of the film are also of paramount importance.
The Role of Factory Promotional Videos in Export Processes
For companies that export or plan to enter international markets, a factory video is no longer optional; it is essential. When international buyers evaluate a supplier, they look for answers to three key questions: Does this company genuinely manufacture? Is its capacity sufficient? Are its quality standards reliable? A professional factory video answers all three at once.
At international trade shows, a factory film playing at your stand attracts visitors and supports your sales team. In digital B2B meetings, a film shown via screen sharing creates a much stronger impression than a PowerPoint presentation. Company profiles with factory videos on Alibaba, Made-in-Turkey and industry-specific B2B platforms receive more views and quotation requests.
English voice-over or subtitles are a standard requirement for export-focused projects. Depending on the target market, Arabic, German or other language versions can also be produced. A short version of the film (60–90 seconds) can be delivered separately for social media and digital advertising.
Filming Techniques Used in Factory Promotional Videos
Factory filming has very different dynamics than studio or office filming. The size of the facility, noise levels, lighting conditions, and safety regulations directly dictate the filming techniques.
Aerial Filming with Drones
Drone footage is the most effective technique for showcasing the overall layout of a factory, the size of the facility, logistics areas, and landscaping. Especially in large industrial plants, factories in organized industrial zones, and production complexes with multiple buildings, drone imagery enhances the perception of scale.
Smooth Motion with Gimbal and Slider
Fluid movements along the production line, between machines and from raw material to finished product are captured with gimbal and slider systems. This technique communicates the rhythm of the factory and the continuity of production through a cinematic visual language.
Close-up and Macro Shots
Product details, such as surface quality, weld seam, print clarity, or assembly precision, are shown in close-up shots. These details concretely demonstrate the factory's workmanship quality and production precision.
Slow Motion
Machine movements, sparks, fluid flow, or automated processes, when filmed at high frame rates, create visually powerful scenes. Slow-motion techniques are particularly effective in metalworking, casting, and chemical industries, enhancing the film's impact.
Time-Lapse
Time-lapse scenes, showing the flow of a workday, shipment preparation, or assembly process in a compressed time frame, powerfully convey the dynamism and production intensity of the factory.
What determines the price of a factory promotional video?
Every factory project is different. The main variables that shape the budget are:
The size of the facility and the number of areas to be filmed directly determine the shooting time. A 5,000 m² facility and a 50,000 m² facility cannot be filmed in the same amount of time. The number of shooting days may also increase with the number of production lines.
Drone requirements are an important budget item, especially for large facilities and organized industrial zones. Indoor drone filming requires more planning and safety measures than outdoor filming.
Voice-over and multilingual delivery are standard requirements for export-focused projects. Each additional language requires voice-over, subtitles and editing adaptations.
The scope of post-production also affects pricing. Projects involving motion graphics, infographics, 3D animation or detailed sound design require more intensive work than standard editing.
The filming location is another factor that shapes the budget. For shoots outside Istanbul, travel, accommodation and location scouting costs are listed separately in the proposal.

Factory Filming in Türkiye's Industrial Zones
As Medyabox, we produce factory promotional films in Türkiye's major industrial regions. We carry out project planning, including site surveys, in Istanbul, Kocaeli (Gebze, Dilovası, Çayırova), Bursa (Nilüfer, İnegöl, Orhangazi), Tekirdağ (Çerkezköy, Çorlu), Ankara (Sincan, Ostim), Gaziantep, İzmir (Aliağa, Torbalı), Sakarya, Kayseri, Konya, and other industrial cities.
When filming in organized industrial zones, details such as the facility's location, noise from neighboring factories, sun angle, and the compatibility of filming times with production shifts are planned in advance. Site reconnaissance is therefore a standard part of our process for factory filming.
Transportation and accommodation expenses for filming in different cities are transparently stated in the tender documents. In multi-location projects, the filming schedule is planned to cover all facilities using the most efficient route.
When should a factory promotional video be filmed?
Correct timing directly enhances the impact of the film. The following situations are the most suitable timings for shooting a factory promotional film:
When a new production line or facility is commissioned, film is the most powerful tool for announcing this investment to both existing customers and potential buyers. The film should be ready before participating in international trade fairs; it is recommended that the filming process begin at least 4-6 weeks before the fair date. When opening up to new export markets, a factory film prepared in the target country's language strengthens initial contact.
In supplier approval processes, large retail chains and OEM companies in particular have started requesting factory videos from prospective suppliers. Responding to this request with a professionally prepared video, rather than a rushed recording, offers a significant advantage.
If your current film is more than 2-3 years old, or if your facility's appearance, machinery, or capacity has changed, it's time to update. An outdated film creates the perception of an outdated company.
What should you show in your factory promotional video?
Every factory film is different, but the essential elements that a strong industrial promotional film should include are common:
The overall view and layout of the facility reveal the physical size and organization of the factory. These scenes, captured through drone and wide-angle shots, create a strong first impression at the beginning of the film.
The production line and machinery reflect the factory's technological level. The types of machines used, the level of automation, and the organization of the production flow create an impression of capacity for the observer.
Quality control processes are tangible evidence of reliability. Laboratory tests, measuring instruments, sample control points, and certification references must be included in the film.
Warehousing and shipping areas reflect logistics capacity and order fulfillment ability. Organized storage, palletizing systems, and loading areas signal reliability.
The workforce and workplace safety culture reflect the corporate discipline. Personnel working with safety equipment, an organized work environment, and team energy form the human dimension of the film.
