The film goes beyond a simple job description to bring forward professional growth, personal progress and the sense of support experienced within the organisation. 

The central focus is the employee’s own account of their career journey. The result is a direct internal-communications film that presents not only the work being done, but also Yurtbay Seramik’s approach to employee development and its internal support structure.
