This factory video presents Mert Döküm’s production facilities in Istanbul and Elazığ, high manufacturing capacity and engineering infrastructure through a strong visual language. The company’s modern production approach, advanced manufacturing lines and extensive facilities, developed since 1990, are communicated through one integrated narrative.

The complete process—from modelling and simulation through mould production, automated casting lines and quality-control stages—is shown in detail. Casting in 6-ton induction furnaces, ductile and grey iron production capability and the broad range of infrastructure products are presented through a clear sequence.

The film highlights an Industry 4.0-led manufacturing approach, automation systems and production in line with international quality standards, while also communicating the company’s position in global markets and its export strength. It was delivered with French voice-over for Mert Döküm’s international communications.
